Across the UK, genuine EMSculpt Neo courses tend to land somewhere between £1,500 and £3,500 depending on the clinic and the city, and anything far below that is usually a different machine. The areas we treat are the stomach, the buttocks, the upper arms, the inner and outer thighs, the love handles and the calves. Four sessions is the standard course, five to ten days apart, and it is what the clinical results are based on. Six suits someone building more muscle, for example a flatter stomach after pregnancy or a bottom that needs lift as well as tone. Every course starts with a free assessment, and there is nothing to pay until you have decided.
Packages that combine it with other treatments
EMSculpt Neo builds muscle and reduces fat, but it does not tighten loose skin, and it struggles through a thick layer of fat. That is why many people pair it with something else, and the packages are priced to make that cheaper than buying each separately.
- Sculpt Pro, £2,999: six sessions of EMSculpt Neo on one area plus six sessions of Exilis Body skin tightening on the same area and a take home aftercare kit, worth £4,448 bought separately. It is the same price as a six session course of EMSculpt Neo on its own, so the Exilis comes at no extra cost.
- Sculpt Pro+, £4,999: the same on two areas, worth £6,748 bought separately.
- Brazilian Bum Lift, £3,999: six sessions of EMSculpt Neo on one area plus six sessions of Exilis on three areas and an aftercare kit, worth £5,948.

What EMSculpt Neo costs across the UK
Prices vary more for EMSculpt Neo than for most treatments, and the spread tells you something. At established clinics with a genuine BTL device, a single session is usually quoted at £400 to £800 and a course of four at £1,500 to £3,500, with London at the top of that range. A few clinics advertise sessions from around £200, which is normally one area, a short session or a promotion to fill a quiet machine. Below that, at £40 to £60 a session, you are almost certainly looking at a lookalike EMS machine rather than an EMSculpt Neo. What changes the price
The number of areas
Each area needs its own course, and the price per area comes down as you add areas, which is why two areas are £3,250 rather than £4,000.
The machine
A genuine EMSculpt Neo costs a clinic a six figure sum, and the applicators are consumables that need replacing. That is built into every session. A copy machine bought online for a few thousand pounds can be run for a fraction of the price, which is the whole reason the cheap sessions exist.
Neo or the original
The original EMSculpt builds muscle only. EMSculpt Neo adds radiofrequency to reduce fat as well. Some clinics still run the original and price it similarly, so if fat reduction matters to you, ask which one it is.
Who runs the clinic
A medically led clinic with a clinic medic, a qualified nurse practitioner and written protocols costs more to run than a single room with one machine, and you are paying for the assessment, the honest advice about whether it will work for you, and someone to call if anything worries you.
Is EMSculpt Neo worth the money?
For the right person, yes. It is the only non-surgical treatment that adds muscle, so if your problem is a soft stomach or a flat bottom rather than a large pocket of fat, nothing else does the job. For someone with a lot of fat over the muscle, it is money better spent on fat freezing first, and we will say so at the assessment. Paying for it
0% finance over 12 months is available on plans of £1,000 or more, subject to a credit assessment, so a one area course works out at around £167 a month. We price match like-for-like clinic treatments, which means the same device, the same number of sessions and the same areas at another clinic. Gift vouchers can be put towards a course.

How much is one session of EMSculpt Neo?
We price by the course, because one session does not produce a lasting result. A course of four on one area is £2,000, which works out at £500 a session.
Why is EMSculpt Neo so expensive?
The device, the consumable applicators and the clinical staff are the three main costs. The alternative is a cheaper machine that may do very little.
Do I need a top up?
The muscle lasts as long as you stay reasonably active. A single maintenance session every few months keeps it where it is, and that is priced individually.
