Non-Surgical Aesthetic Clinic near Sunderland

Our clinic is in Whickham, on the west side of Gateshead, about 12 miles from Sunderland city centre. Most people do the drive in around half an hour, and from Washington it is closer to 15 minutes. We are saying that up front because nobody likes to book a clinic they think is local and then find out it is not.

Plenty of our clients already come from Sunderland, Washington, Houghton-le-Spring and Hetton. What they tend to tell us is that the parking made the difference. There is free parking on Front Street and in the village car parks, which is not something you get in the city centre.

Getting here from Sunderland

By car from Sunderland the simplest route is the A1231 west to the A1, then north to the MetroCentre turn-off, and Whickham is about ten minutes up the hill from there. You can also come through Gateshead on the A184 if the A1 is busy. From Washington you are five minutes from the A1 and 15 minutes from us.

By public transport, take the Metro to Gateshead Interchange and a bus up to Whickham village from there. It is a manageable trip, but if you have a car it is easier.

What we do

We are non-surgical only. No scalpels, no general anaesthetic, no weeks off work. Every treatment is carried out by a trained practitioner, and there is a qualified nurse practitioner in the clinic for medical questions.

Fat reduction. Fat freezing for pinchable pockets on the stomach, flanks, thighs and under the chin, and Emerald laser for overall inch loss across a larger area. Which one suits you depends on the type of fat, and we cover that in our guide to belly fat removal without surgery.

Lifting and tightening. HIFU for the face, jaw and neck, HIFU body for loose skin after weight loss or pregnancy, and Exilis Ultra for crepey skin that needs firming rather than lifting. Our skin tightening page explains how we choose between them.

Shape and tone. EMSculpt Neo for muscle tone in the stomach and glutes, and Body Ballancer lymphatic drainage for fluid retention and heavy legs.

Injectables. Anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers, cheek, jaw and chin fillers and polynucleotides, carried out by our prescriber-led team.

What Sunderland clients usually ask about

Your first visit

The assessment for machine treatments is free. We look, we pinch, we measure, and we tell you what will work and what will not. If it is not the right treatment for what you have, we will say so and suggest something else or nothing at all. You are not asked to book on the day.

Injectable consultations are £25 and non-refundable, because they include the prescriber assessment that has to happen before treatment.

What it costs

Every price is on the price list. As a guide, fat freezing starts at £350 for one area, HIFU for the neck from £995, anti-wrinkle injections from £150 and lip filler is £250 per session. We offer 0% finance over 12 months on eligible treatments and we price match like-for-like treatments at local clinics.
