EMSculpt Neo for the lift

EMSculpt Neo uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to contract the gluteal muscles thousands of times in a thirty-minute session, at an intensity you cannot reach in the gym, while radiofrequency reduces the fat over the top. The muscle grows and lifts the bottom from underneath. BTL’s clinical studies across the treated areas averaged a 25% increase in muscle and a 30% reduction in fat, and a course is four sessions five to ten days apart.

Exilis Ultra Body for the skin

Exilis Ultra Body combines radiofrequency and ultrasound to heat the skin evenly, so the existing collagen tightens and new collagen builds over the following weeks. On the bottom and the backs of the thighs it firms loose or crepey skin and softens dimpling, and it feels like a hot stone massage. A course is four to six sessions one to two weeks apart.

What to expect

Your assessment is free and there is no obligation. Your practitioner looks at the shape, the muscle and the skin, asks what you want the result to look like, and sets out the plan with the number of sessions and the full price. EMSculpt sessions are thirty minutes lying down while the applicators work; you feel strong, rhythmic contractions and warmth, and the same muscle soreness you would get from a hard workout for a day or two. Exilis sessions are thirty to sixty minutes of warmth. Neither needs any recovery, and you drive home and carry on.

Results and how long they last

The lift starts to show within a couple of weeks of the last EMSculpt session and reaches its full result at about three months, with the Exilis skin tightening building over the same period. The muscle behaves like muscle from training: it lasts as long as you stay reasonably active, and a maintenance session every few months keeps it where it is. The fat cleared by the radiofrequency does not come back as long as your weight stays roughly where it is. Who it suits

Anyone who wants a firmer, higher bottom without surgery, anyone who has lost shape there with age, weight loss or a desk job, and anyone who trains but cannot get the glutes to respond. It suits slim people who want shape as much as people with a little extra to lose. It does not suit anyone who wants a large increase in size, or anyone with a lot of fat over the muscle, where we would treat the fat first with fat freezing or Emerald Laser. EMSculpt is not used during pregnancy or over metal or electronic implants, and we go through your medical history at the assessment.
