Non-Surgical Aesthetic Clinic near Durham

We are not in Durham city, and we would rather say that in the first line than have you find out on the day. Our clinic is in Whickham, on the western edge of Gateshead, about 15 miles up the A1 from Durham. Most people do it in 25 to 30 minutes outside rush hour.

We mention it because a good share of our clients already come from County Durham: Chester-le-Street, Birtley, Stanley, Consett, Lanchester, Durham itself. Nearly all of them say the same thing afterwards, which is that the drive was easier than they expected and the parking was the best bit.

Getting here from Durham and County Durham

From Durham city, head north on the A1(M) and A1, come off for the MetroCentre, and Whickham is about ten minutes up the hill from there. Chester-le-Street and Birtley are closer still, usually 15 to 20 minutes.

From Stanley, Burnopfield and Consett, the A692 brings you almost to the door. Sunniside is the next village along from us, so if you know the road you know where we are. Consett is around 25 minutes, Stanley a bit less.

Parking is free on Front Street and in the village car parks. If you are coming by public transport it is a train or bus into Newcastle or Gateshead and then a bus up to Whickham, so in practice most people from Durham drive.

What we do

Everything here is non-surgical. No scalpels, no general anaesthetic, no weeks off work. Treatments are carried out by trained practitioners, and we have a qualified nurse practitioner in the clinic for medical questions.

You come in, we look, we measure where it matters, and we tell you what we think. If the treatment you have asked about is not going to do what you want, we say so. Nobody is pushed to book on the day. You leave with a price and a realistic number of sessions.

What it costs

Current prices for every treatment are on the price list. Fat freezing starts at £350 for one area, HIFU for the neck from £995, anti-wrinkle injections from £150 and lip filler £250 per session. We offer 0% finance over 12 months on eligible treatments and we price match like-for-like treatments at local clinics.
