Bingo Wings Treatment in Newcastle

They are also one of the most misunderstood, because bingo wings are three different problems that get one name, and the treatment that fixes one does nothing for the others. The three bingo wing problems
Fat: a soft, pinchable pocket on the back of the upper arm, often genetic, which no amount of tricep work reduces. Loose skin: the arm has lost its firmness with age, sun or weight loss, and the skin hangs even though there is little fat in it. Muscle: the tricep at the back of the arm has lost tone, so the arm looks soft even when it is slim. Which one you need
A pinchable pocket on a firm arm: fat freezing. Skin that hangs with little fat in it: Exilis. A slim arm that has gone soft: EMSculpt Neo. Fat with loose skin over it, which is the most common combination after weight loss: fat freezing first, then Exilis to tighten what is left, or Exilis alone if the pocket is small. What to expect
Your assessment is free and there is no obligation. Your practitioner measures both arms, checks the skin and the muscle, and sets out the number of sessions and the full price before anything is booked. Fat freezing on both arms takes about an hour; the area feels cold for the first few minutes and then numb. Exilis feels like a hot stone massage, and EMSculpt like the hardest set of tricep dips you have ever done without moving. None of them needs an anaesthetic or time off work, and you drive home afterwards. We book fat freezing clients back in at six and twelve weeks to measure and photograph, and we price match like-for-like clinic treatments.
Results and how long they last
Fat freezing results show from about four weeks and are complete at six to twelve weeks, with a reduction in the region of 20% to 40% of the fat in the treated area per session, and the removed cells do not come back as long as your weight stays roughly steady. Exilis results build through the course and are kept up with a top-up between six and twelve months. EMSculpt results show over the two to three months after the course and last as long as you stay reasonably active.
Safety
Fat freezing, Exilis, EMSculpt Neo and Emerald Laser are non-invasive, CE-marked treatments with no needles and nothing injected. Side effects are temporary: redness, tenderness, mild swelling and, after fat freezing, a numb patch that can take around two months to fade, plus a rare risk of the treated fat becoming firmer rather than smaller, which we explain before you book. Heavy, hanging skin on the upper arm is a surgical problem, and if that is what we see we will say so.
