What we treat
Acne and congestion
Adult acne, blackheads and blocked pores that no amount of cleansing shifts. The plan usually starts with a course of AlumierMD chemical peels to clear the pores and calm the skin, home care that stops it coming back, and bio spicule microneedling once the breakouts are under control to soften the marks and scarring they leave behind.
Rosacea and redness
Persistent flushing and redness across the cheeks and nose, sometimes with small bumps. Rosacea cannot be cured, but it can be calmed and kept quiet. We use gentle, low-strength peels designed for reactive skin, polynucleotides to strengthen thin, easily irritated skin, and a home routine that removes the triggers. If your rosacea needs prescription treatment, we say so and point you to your GP.
Pigmentation and sun damage
Brown patches, age spots, melasma and the uneven tone that years of sun leave behind. Pigmentation responds well to a course of AlumierMD peels with a brightening home regime, and bio spicule microneedling for the deeper, more stubborn patches. Sun protection is part of every pigmentation plan, because without it the patches come back.
Dull, rough and ageing skin
Skin that has lost its glow, feels rough, creases easily and looks tired. Resurfacing with peels or microneedling renews the surface, polynucleotides rebuild collagen and hydration from underneath, and the RTOrganics facial keeps it maintained between courses. The treatments, and what they cost
AlumierMD chemical peels
Medical-grade peels matched to your skin type and problem, from gentle resurfacing to deeper treatment for acne and pigmentation. Expect a few days of light flaking and usually a course of four. £150 a peel, £499 for a course of four. See AlumierMD chemical peels.
Bio spicule microneedling
Needle-free resurfacing using natural sponge spicules that work into the skin and trigger renewal, with exosomes to speed the repair. It is our treatment for acne scarring, texture and pigmentation. £400 a session with exosomes, £999 for four; standard microneedling £150 a session, £450 for four. See bio spicule microneedling.
Polynucleotides and skin boosters
Injectable skin quality treatments that repair thin, reactive, dehydrated skin from the inside, useful for rosacea-prone skin and for anyone whose skin has lost its bounce. £250 a session, usually two to four sessions, after a £25 prescriber consultation. See polynucleotides and skin boosters.
RTOrganics facial

What to expect
Your consultation is free, apart from skin boosters and polynucleotides, which need a £25 consultation because it includes the prescriber assessment. Your practitioner examines your skin, asks about your routine, your history and anything that makes it worse, and sets out a plan with the number of sessions, the home care and the full price before anything is booked. Most treatments take thirty to sixty minutes with no time off work; peels and microneedling involve a few days of light flaking. If a concern needs medical attention beyond what we offer, we will tell you and help you find the right support.
Results and how long they last
Skin conditions respond to a course rather than a single session. Acne and congestion usually start to improve within the first couple of peels; pigmentation and scarring take longer, with the real change showing over two to three months; rosacea is about calming and then maintaining. Results last as long as the home routine and sun protection keep going, which is why every plan here includes both.
