RTOrganics Facial
The RTOrganics Facial is a 45-minute deep cleanse, exfoliation and hydration facial using the natural skincare range we formulate ourselves, finished with red light therapy. It suits every skin type, including sensitive and breakout-prone skin, and it is the treatment to book when your skin looks dull or congested, before an event, or as a monthly reset between other treatments. A single facial at our Newcastle clinic is £75 and a course of four is £229. Consultations for skin treatments are free.
What happens during the facial
Your skin is cleansed with the RTOrganics clarifying face wash, then exfoliated with our microdermabrasion scrub to lift dead skin cells and smooth the surface. A mask chosen for your skin type goes on next, and while it works you have a session of red light therapy. The mask is removed and your skin is treated with the RTOrganics ACE serum, an eye treatment with either the pro-age or the collagen eye cream, the ACE moisturiser and a finishing touch of Daily Glow. You leave with skin that looks brighter and feels smoother straight away.
Red light therapy
Red light therapy uses low-level visible red light on the skin. It does not heat or damage anything; it is used to calm the skin and support its repair and collagen production. It is a comfortable, relaxing part of the facial and is safe for every skin type.
Our own skincare
Every product used in the facial is from the RTOrganics range, which we formulated in-house from natural ingredients. The range is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and made in the UK. Because we know exactly what is in each product, we can match the facial to your skin on the day, and you can carry on with the same products at home if you want to keep the result going.
Who it suits
Anyone. The facial is gentle enough for sensitive skin and effective enough to make a visible difference to dull, dry, congested or tired skin. It is a good first treatment if you are new to the clinic and want to see how your skin responds to professional care before considering anything stronger, and it is a good maintenance treatment between courses of chemical peels or bio spicule microneedling.
How often to have it
You will see a difference after one facial. For skin that stays clear and bright, monthly is the rhythm that works, which is why the course of four is priced the way it is. If you have a specific concern such as pigmentation, acne scarring or fine lines, the facial keeps the skin in good condition but a peel or microneedling course will do more, and we will tell you which at your consultation.

Downtime and aftercare
There is no downtime. Skin may look slightly pink for an hour after the exfoliation. Leave make-up off for the rest of the day if you can, wear SPF, and avoid exfoliating again for a few days. Anything else you need to know, we go through with you on the day.

RT Aesthetics is a medically led clinic. Facials are carried out by trained practitioners working to our clinical protocols, with a clinic medic and a qualified nurse practitioner on the team for any medical questions. You will always know who is treating you and what is being used on your skin.

Results come from a plan, not a one-off session, so we review you at set points after treatment, measure and photograph the area, and adjust the plan as your skin and body change. Your consultation is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. Injectable treatments start with a £25 consultation, which includes the prescriber assessment. From there you get honest advice, aftercare you can actually reach, and a plan that fits around your life.
