Please read our complete terms and conditions carefully. By engaging in any of the following actions, you are deemed to have accepted these terms:
- Acceptance by signing the client consent forms.
- Making payment for any treatment, consultation, product, or service.
- Attempting payment through any means, whether or not the payment is successful.
- Utilising RT Aesthetics services, including but not limited to calling us, submitting your details on our website, visiting our website, emailing us, visiting our clinic, corresponding with us in writing, or engaging with us on our social media platforms.
- Booking any service with us, thereby becoming a client of RT Aesthetics.
Appointments and Cancellations
All practitioners at RT Aesthetics are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols. Therefore, we do not guarantee continued treatment with a named aesthetician or therapist.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at 0333 050 0575 or via email at info@rtaesthetics.co.uk. You can use the online client portal link we send you via email and SMS. We must know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in losing the treatment from your course, or you will be charged 100% of your cancelled appointment. If you fail to arrive for your appointment (No Show), you will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
A deposit is required to book any treatment at RT Aesthetics. This deposit will be collected via card payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable. These care details are also saved to charge any cancellation or no show fees as set out in our payment policy.
Face-to-face consultation appointments are charged at £20, which is required when booking to secure your slot. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, as it helps cover small admin costs but is a non-profitable part of our business.
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, to help you remember your appointment, we will send an SMS reminder 48 hours before and an email reminder 72 hours before your scheduled time.
Before your appointment, you will receive essential forms via text message that must be completed before you visit the clinic. These forms are crucial for preparing your treatment and must be submitted in advance. If you have any issues filling out the forms, then come to the clinic 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment, resulting in the loss of the treatment from your course, or you will be charged 100% of your appointment. RT Aesthetics will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Before your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required for your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, and 100% cancellation fees being charged.
For insurance purposes, RT Aesthetics has a strict ‘No Children’ policy. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child’s welfare, so for the safety of us, the clinic, and the child, we ask our clients not to bring any child under the age of 16 to the premises.

Price Matching: Price matching is subject to local clinics only. Evidence must be provided through an official price chart, a clear and obvious picture, or an official website link at our reception desk. We reserve the right to reject price-matching requests if deemed inequitable towards our business.
Price Alteration: We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Personal Items: Ensure you retrieve all your items before leaving, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Pricing Information: We strive to keep our pricing transparent and offer various payment options, including interest-free finance. However, please be aware that the exact cost of your treatment will be confirmed during your consultation. While we endeavour to keep our website accurate and up to date, prices and availability may change. Additionally, UK law prohibits offering discounts on certain prescription medicines. We aim to clarify this in our promotions, but if it’s not immediately clear, we will explain it during your consultation.
Treatment Suitability: Before treatment, we will evaluate its suitability and potential effectiveness for you. If, following this assessment, we determine that a treatment is not appropriate, we will notify you promptly via in-person consultation, email, or postal correspondence. In such cases, your only financial responsibility will be for the initial consultation, if applicable.
Treatment Disclaimer
Treatment Validity:
- Courses of Treatment: Valid for 9 months from purchase/deposit date. Refunds are not provided for any expired treatments.
- Treatment Packages: Valid for 12 months from purchase/deposit date. Refunds are not provided for any expired treatments.
- Single Treatments: Valid for 6 months from deposit or full payment date.
- Pregnancy: If you become pregnant, we will put your treatment on hold, giving you 18 months to complete your treatment course, package, or single session. Refunds are not provided for any expired treatments or if you choose to not complete treatment.
- Medical Condition/Injury: If you experience a medical condition or injury, we will pause your treatment, giving you 18 months to complete your course, package, or single session. Refunds are not issued for expired or incomplete treatments unless a medical contraindication qualifies you under our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
- Discontinuing Treatment: Cost of the package is non-refundable if you choose not to continue.
Refund Policy
- Fees for Treatment: The fees you pay to cover the treatment itself, including consultation, assessment, provision of information and advice, safe treatment with evidence-based products, and follow-up care as necessary. While we strive to deliver excellent service, we cannot guarantee specific results, and therefore, we do not offer refunds if the outcome does not meet your expectations.
- Services: All treatment service(s), package(s), course(s), and product(s) purchased at our clinic are non-refundable.
- Products: Products purchased in the clinic are non-refundable. If you bought from our sister website RTSkin then please refer to the terms at www.rtskin.co.uk.
- Deposit Payments: Deposits are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your appointment.
- Expiry Of Services: If a treatment service(s), package(s), course(s), expires or if you choose not to continue treatment, no refund will be provided.
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers must be redeemed within twelve months from the date of purchase or within the specified timeframe on the voucher. Standard cancellation and no-show terms also apply to gift vouchers
- Medical Contraindications: The only exception to our refund policy is for severe or long-term illness that contraindicates treatment. A medical certificate must be provided within 48 hours of notifying us. If the treatment has not commenced or if there are remaining sessions in a treatment package, we will issue a refund, deducting the cost of services provided at the full price, along with a £200+VAT refund administration charge.
Client Ban Policy
At RT Aesthetics, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. To safeguard these standards, we may, at our discretion, impose a ban on clients whose actions violate our policies, disrupt our operations, or endanger the well-being of others. The terms of this policy are as follows:
- Grounds for a Ban: A client may be banned from RT Aesthetics for:
- Abusive or Disrespectful Behaviour: Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, bullying, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
- Non-Disclosure or Dishonesty: Failure to disclose relevant medical information, providing false information, or deliberately withholding information that could impact treatment safety.
- Repeated Policy Violations: Continued disregard for our booking, cancellation, or treatment policies, including failure to adhere to assigned treatment timescales.
- Safety Risks: Any actions that threaten the safety of clients or staff, including but not limited to improper conduct, arriving at the clinic under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or compromising the clinic’s hygiene and safety standards.
- Disruptive Behaviour: Any actions that disrupt our services, interfere with other clients’ experience, or hinder our ability to operate effectively and professionally.
- Notification of Ban: If a ban is imposed, we will notify the client promptly via written correspondence (email or postal mail) detailing the grounds for the ban and the effective date.
- Duration of Ban: Bans may be either temporary or permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of the actions leading to the ban. The terms of the ban will be specified in the written notification.
- Right to Refuse Future Service: Once a client has been banned, we reserve the right to refuse any future bookings, appointments, or treatments at RT Aesthetics.
- No Refund Policy for Banned Clients: If a client is banned due to behaviour that violates this policy, RT Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold refunds for any remaining or prepaid treatments, including packages, except in cases where statutory rights apply.
- Appeal Process: Clients may submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving a ban notice if they believe there are extenuating circumstances or if the ban was issued in error. Appeals must be made in writing and will be reviewed by management, who will issue a final decision.
Liability
In compliance with UK law and for the protection of our business, we underscore the following terms related to liability:
- RT Aesthetics shall not be liable, whether under contract, tort, or any other legal framework, for any economic loss, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, or for any other consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage arising in connection with the provision of goods and/or services to the client.
- The client is obligated to provide RT Aesthetics with their comprehensive medical history and details of any pre-existing medical conditions prior to each treatment.
- RT Aesthetics absolves itself of liability for any damage, including personal injury, that may result from the client’s failure to disclose pertinent medical information.
- By undergoing treatment, the client commits to adhering to all instructions and recommendations provided by or on behalf of RT Aesthetics concerning the care of the treated area.
- These business terms do not serve to exclude or limit RT Aesthetics’ liability for death or any personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of RT Aesthetics.
