Terms and Conditions for the RTA Guarantee

The RTA Guarantee is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our treatment program. If you do not see visible results or an increase in muscle mass after completing the treatment, we will continue to work with you at no additional cost, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Definitions

• Treatment Program: The specified combination of treatments including Emerald laser, Exilis, and EMSculpt Neo.
• Visible Results: Noticeable changes in appearance as assessed by the aesthetic practitioner.
• Muscle Gain: An increase in muscle mass as determined by body measurements and weight assessments.
• Aftercare: Post-treatment care and instructions provided by the aesthetic practitioner.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the RTA Guarantee, you must adhere to the following conditions:

Result Guarantee Rules

1. Weight Maintenance: You must not gain any weight during the treatment period. We suggest wearing the same clothes for consistency in measurements.
2. Body Measurements: There must be no increase in body measurements.
3. Appointment Attendance: You must not miss any scheduled appointments. Any changes to appointment times must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Treatment Adherence: You must follow the treatment program as specified below without deviation.
5. Aftercare Compliance: You must take all prescribed aftercare measures and follow the instructions provided by the aesthetic practitioner.

Treatment Program Rules

1. Emerald Laser Treatment: One Emerald laser treatment per week for a total of 10 weeks.
2. Exilis or EMSculpt Neo Treatment: One Exilis or EMSculpt Neo treatment per week during weeks 7, 8, 9, and 10, to coincide with the Emerald laser treatment sessions.
3. Review Appointment: A review appointment must be attended 3-7 days after completing the last treatment session. Failure to attend this review appointment will result in the forfeiture of the guarantee.

The Guarantee

If, after completing the specified course of treatment, there are no visible results or muscle gain, we will provide up to 6 additional Emerald laser treatment sessions at no extra cost. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

1. Compliance: You must comply with all the rules and conditions outlined in these terms and conditions.
2. Additional Sessions: The maximum number of additional sessions provided under this guarantee is 6.
3. Exclusions: The guarantee is void if any of the eligibility criteria are not met.

Aftercare

During the treatment program, you are entitled to unlimited aftercare, subject to the following conditions:

1. Inulin: Each inulin bag should last a minimum of 6 weeks and cannot be replaced until after this period. You must return the empty packet to receive a new one.
2. Body Brush: The body brush is a one-time item and cannot be replaced.
3. Body Sculpt Oil, Body Scrub, and Body Butter: These items can be replaced every 8 weeks, provided you return the empty containers.

All aftercare products must be used as directed by the aesthetic practitioner to support the treatment process and ensure the best possible results.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this guarantee is limited to providing up to 6 additional Emerald laser treatment sessions. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. If there are no results after this, we will be unable to assist moving forward as we have exhausted all means to get you the best results set out in the FDA studies and manufacturing guidelines.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing.

By commencing the treatment program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
