Terms and Conditions for the RTA Guarantee
The RTA Guarantee is designed to ensure satisfaction with our treatment packages. If visible results are not achieved after completing the specified treatment program, we will continue working with you at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Definitions
Treatment Program: The specified combination of treatments included in each package.
Aftercare: Post-treatment care and instructions are outlined in the aftercare email sent to you post-treatment OR as advised by your Aesthetic Practitioner.
Visible Results:
- Body Packages: Refers to no visual improvement in treated areas, such as the absence of reductions in body circumference or changes in skin firmness. However, eligibility for the guarantee is contingent on no weight gain occurring during the treatment period.
- Face Packages: This refers to no visible improvement in the treated facial areas, such as reduced wrinkles, sagging (jowls), or pigmentation. The guarantee applies if these conditions do not worsen compared to the initial assessment.
2. Eligible Packages
The RTA Guarantee covers the following treatment packages:
Face Packages:
- Ultimate Full Face & Neck
- Ultimate Full Face, Neck & Decolletage
- Ultimate Double Chin Sculpt
Body Packages:
- Sculpt Pro
- Sculpt Pro+
- Emerald Contour
- Emerald Contour+
- Emerald BodySculpt
- Emerald BodySculpt+
- Taut & Toned Standard
- Taut & Toned Signature
- Taut & Toned Deluxe
3. Result Guarantee Rules
To qualify for the RTA Guarantee, you must comply with the following conditions:
Weight Maintenance and Body Measurements (Body Packages):
- There must be no weight gain exceeding 1 kg during the treatment period. You will be weighed at the end of your treatment package (at your review appointment between 3-7 days).
- Body measurements must not exceed 1 inch in any treated area. We suggest wearing the same clothes and underwear to ensure consistency in measurements.
- Attending appointments as set out in the “4. Treatment Program Adherence” section.
- If you undergo other Aesthetic treatments, you must notify your Aesthetic Practitioner.
- You must follow all aftercare instructions sent to you via email or by the Aesthetic Practitioner.
Facial Appearance (Face Packages):
- There must be no observable increase in wrinkles, jowls, or pigmentation compared to the baseline assessment at the commencement of the treatment program.
- The skin must have no SPF damage compared to the baseline assessment.
- You must not have used any products on the skin unless they were recommended and/or approved by the Aesthetic Practitioner.
- You should only use the products given to you when you start your treatment unless advised otherwise by your Aesthetic Practitioner (for example, allergies or skin sensitivity). This will be documented, and a copy will be emailed to you for your records.
- Attending appointments as set out in the “4. Treatment Program Adherence” section.
- If you undergo other Aesthetic treatments, you must notify your Aesthetic Practitioner.
- You must follow all aftercare instructions sent to you via email or by the Aesthetic Practitioner.
Appointment Attendance:
- You must attend all scheduled appointments in line with the Treatment Program Adherence.
- Any appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be done with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to adhere to this policy or missing any appointments will result in the forfeiture of the guarantee.
Review Appointment:
- A review appointment must be attended 14 days after completing the last treatment session.
- Failure to attend this review appointment will result in the forfeiture of the guarantee.
4. Treatment Program Adherence
To maintain eligibility for the RTA Guarantee, the specified treatment schedule for each package must be strictly adhered to without deviation:
- Face Packages:
- The first HIFU treatment will be completed at your first appointment, with a 3-month break, and then the second HIFU will be completed.
- This must be followed by one BTL Exilis treatment per week, performed every 7 days, commencing three months after the HIFU treatment.
- Body Packages:
- For packages including Emerald Laser (e.g., Emerald Contour, Emerald BodySculpt):
- The Emerald Laser treatment must be performed weekly, every 7 days, for a total of 10 consecutive weeks.
- Additional body treatments, such as BTL Exilis, EMSculpt Neo, or Emtone, must be administered weekly for four consecutive weeks, with these sessions scheduled during the last 4 weeks of the Emerald Laser treatments (weeks 7-10).
- For packages without Emerald Laser (e.g., Sculpt Pro, Taut & Toned):
- Treatments with BTL Exilis, EMSculpt Neo, or Emtone must occur every 7 days for four consecutive weeks.
- For packages including Emerald Laser (e.g., Emerald Contour, Emerald BodySculpt):
- Aftercare Compliance:
- All aftercare products provided as part of the treatment package must be used according to the instructions given by the Aesthetic Practitioner.
- Any other aftercare advised to you must be followed accordingly.
Failure to comply with the prescribed treatment schedule, including any missed or delayed sessions, will result in the RTA Guarantee being voided.
5. Additional Sessions under the Guarantee
If visible results are not achieved after the treatment program, you may submit a claim for the following:
- Face Packages: Eligible for one additional HIFU treatment or four additional Exilis treatments.
- Body Packages: Eligible for six additional Emerald Laser treatments (if included in the original package), four extra BTL Exilis Body treatments, or 4 Emtone treatments.
- You cannot claim any financial compensation or any other treatment other than those listed above.
6. Exclusions and Limitations of Liability
The RTA Guarantee is void if:
- Weight gain occurs (for body packages), or wrinkles, jowls, or pigmentation worsens (for face packages).
- Failure to attend the review appointment.
- Any appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
- The treatment will be considered successful if any positive visible changes or improvements are observed in the treated area. In such cases, the client will not be eligible to claim the RTA Guarantee.
- Where you tell us you have not been following the aftercare correctly or taking steps to restrict the treatment working correctly.
- If the treatment program or aftercare regimen is not adhered to as outlined, our liability is limited to providing additional sessions as specified. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
- In the event that no satisfactory results are achieved following the additional treatments provided under the RTA Guarantee, RT Aesthetics Ltd shall have no further obligation to continue treatment. All reasonable efforts will be deemed exhausted, as the treatments administered have adhered to the protocols and standards established by clinical studies and manufacturer guidelines for optimal results.
7. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with written notice provided.
- By commencing the treatment program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
8. Claim Submission Process
- To be eligible for the RTA Guarantee, you must submit a claim within 14 days following the completion of your final treatment.
- Claims submitted after this 14-day period will not be considered, and the guarantee will be deemed void.
- All claims must include a detailed explanation of the results and any relevant documentation or evidence requested by the clinic, such as photographs, measurements, or medical records, to substantiate the lack of visible results.
- We will endeavour to respond to you regarding your claim within two working days, although sometimes, we may take up to thirty working days if we require more information or time.
By commencing the treatment program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
