If you have dark spots on your skin or anywhere on your face or body, it can be hard to tell if it is sun damage, hyperpigmentation, or melasma, as these are all common conditions. While they are different dermatological conditions, they can look alike and are caused by similar factors.

Here at RT Aesthetics we are now offing the perfect treatment which can help with will all skin concerns, from acne, scaring, pigmentation, hyperpigmentation, melasma, stretch marks and many more.

Types of Pigmentation.

There are many different types of pigmentation what can effect and be found anywhere on the face and body, these can effect the skin in a lot of diffrent ways

Hyperpigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is when one skin patch becomes noticeably darker than the surrounding skin. This term also covers a number of more specific conditions, such as liver spots, freckles, and melasma.

Although various factors can cause different types of hyperpigmentation, such as acne scarring, medications, or inflammation from other conditions, one of the leading causes is sun exposure. When we leave our skin unprotected and don’t use a high-factor SPF, which also helps fight against UVA and UVB, harmful UV rays can damage the skin and cause it to produce more pigment than usual. Most Pigmantation damage is caused years before the pigmentation has become visible.

Most hyperpigmentation is harmless, and many forms are readily treatable using topical creams and cosmetic treatments. However, it’s essential to have a dermatologist investigate any persistent or changing areas.

Melasma

Melasma stands out among hyperpigmentation types due to its distinct characteristics. While it shares the common trait of darker skin patches seen in other forms, it primarily affects the cheeks, nose, chin, upper lip, and forehead. What sets melasma apart is its origin. Unlike solely sun-induced hyperpigmentation, Melasma is influenced by hormonal and vascular changes within the body. Often dubbed “the mask of pregnancy,” it’s notably prevalent among expectant mothers due to these hormonal fluctuations.

Treating melasma involves a multifaceted approach. Sun protection is crucial, alongside cosmetic methods like camouflage. Topical treatments such as peeling and lightening agents, oral medications, and laser therapy also significantly manage this condition.

So How Can We Help You?.

Pigmentation treatments is performed with our FDA-approved Bio Spicule Treatment, a natural treatment with no listed side effects. The Bio Spicule works through the microchannels of the skin, targeting all seven layers to address all skin concerns. This helps to diminish uneven tone and stimulates rejuvenation.

This treatment can address many conditions, including pigmentation, facial redness, rosacea and sun damage pigmentation. Unlike some other pigmentation treatments, no anaesthesia is required during the procedure, thanks to its 100% natural and vegan-friendly nature.

What happens whilst having the treatment

  1. Preparation of the Skin: The skin is cleansed thoroughly to remove any makeup, dirt, or impurities. This step ensures that the skin is clean and ready for treatment.
  2. Application of Bio Spicule Solution: A specialised Bio Spicule solution or serum is applied to the skin. This solution contains microscopic marine-derived spicules that will exfoliate and stimulate the skin.
  3. Massage or Infusion: Depending on the specific protocol of the treatment, the solution may be gently massaged into the skin or infused using techniques such as microdermabrasion, microneedling, or ultrasound. These techniques help to enhance the penetration of the spicules and promote deeper exfoliation and stimulation.
  4. Treatment Duration: The treatment duration can vary depending on the specific protocol and the area of the skin being treated. Typically, the Bio Spicule solution is left on the skin for a certain amount of time to allow for optimal penetration and effectiveness.
  5. Rinsing or Removal: After the desired treatment duration, the Bio Spicule solution is rinsed off or removed using a neutralising solution. This step ensures that all traces of the spicules are removed from the skin.
  6. Post-Treatment Care: Following the treatment, a soothing and hydrating moisturiser or serum may be applied to the skin to help calm any redness or irritation and promote healing. It’s also essential to apply sunscreen to protect the skin from sun damage, as the exfoliation process can temporarily increase sensitivity to sunlight.
  7. Follow-Up Recommendations: Depending on the individual’s skincare goals and concerns, a series of Bio Spicule treatments may be recommended to achieve optimal results. Additionally, a skincare regimen tailored to the individual’s needs may be prescribed to maintain and enhance the results of the treatment.
Clients Feedback & Review

As someone who’s recently undergone the Bio Spicule treatment, I’m thrilled to share my experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and reassured by the professional staff. They took the time to explain each step of the treatment, easing any nerves I had and building my confidence in the process.

The application of the Bio Spicule solution felt refreshing on my skin, but I also felt a little uncomfortable at the time. It was nothing too bad at all, and the massage technique used to ensure optimal absorption was a strange feeling, but you could feel it was working straight away.

I appreciated that the treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs, addressing my concerns while promoting overall skin health.

After the treatment, I immediately noticed a difference in my skin’s texture and appearance. It looked and felt smoother, with a noticeable radiance that I hadn’t seen in a while. Over the following days, I continued to see improvements as my skin continued to renew itself, revealing a brighter, more youthful complexion.

What I appreciated most about the Bio Spicule treatment was its versatility. Despite being gentle enough for my sensitive skin, it delivered powerful results that exceeded my expectations. Plus, knowing that it’s a natural treatment derived from marine sources gave me added confidence in its safety and efficacy.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results of the Bio Spicule treatment. Not only did it address my skincare concerns effectively, but it also left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to revitalise their skin and achieve a radiant, youthful glow.
