Transport Incentive Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Public Transport: Refers to trains, buses, trams, or metro services. Taxi fares and private car expenses are excluded.
  • Receipts: A valid receipt must include the date, cost, and details of the transport service used.

2. Eligibility

  • This transport incentive is valid for new and existing clients booking treatments at RT Aesthetics.
  • To qualify, clients must book a treatment package with a total value exceeding £1000.
  • Clients must be travelling to our clinic using public transport.

3. Scope of the Offer

  • The incentive covers up to £100 towards public transport costs incurred travelling to and from our clinic.
  • Transport methods eligible for reimbursement include trains, buses, trams, or metro services. Taxi fares and private car expenses are not included.

4. How to Claim

  • Clients must express their interest in the transport incentive by replying to the promotional email or contacting the clinic directly before their appointment.
  • A video consultation must be completed, and the treatment plan agreed upon before claiming the incentive.
  • After the treatment, clients must forward clear and valid transport receipts via email to RT Aesthetics within 14 days of their appointment.

5. Reimbursement Process

  • Reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days after receipt verification.
  • Reimbursements will be issued as a credit to the payment method used for the treatment package or as a bank transfer.
  • The maximum reimbursement amount is £100, regardless of total transport costs.

6. Additional Conditions

  • The transport incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at RT Aesthetics’ discretion.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted receipts are accurate and valid. RT Aesthetics reserves the right to reject incomplete or fraudulent claims.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Any personal data, including transport receipts, provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of verifying and processing the transport incentive.
  • All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a disagreement regarding this offer, RT Aesthetics will make a final decision, which shall be binding.

9. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Force Majeure

  • RT Aesthetics shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil this offer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.

11. Termination Clause

  • RT Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer without prior notice. Any claims submitted before the termination will still be honoured if they meet all criteria.

12. Fraud Clause

  • Any attempt to submit fraudulent receipts or misuse this offer will result in disqualification from the incentive and may lead to legal action.

13. Exclusion of Liability

  • RT Aesthetics is not liable for any direct or indirect costs, damages, or losses arising from participation in this incentive, except for the reimbursement specified under these Terms and Conditions.
