Christmas Party Ready: Which Treatments to Book Now and When
If you want to look and feel your best at Christmas parties, timing matters more than anything else. Some treatments show their result in days, others take two or three months to build, and booking the slow ones in December means the result arrives in February. This is the order we would book things in at our clinic in Whickham, Newcastle, working back from Christmas Day.
The short version
- Book now for anything that builds over months: fat freezing, HIFU and a course of Exilis Ultra.
- Book November for EMSculpt Neo and a chemical peel a week or two before your first big night.
- Leave Body Ballancer for the week of the party, when you want to feel lighter straight away.
Book now: fat freezing
Fat freezing works slowly because the body clears the treated fat cells over eight to twelve weeks. A session in the next couple of weeks gives you most of that result by Christmas. Leave it until December and you will be enjoying the change in spring instead. It suits a defined pocket you can pinch, such as the lower stomach, love handles or bra fat, and starts at £350 an area. Book now: HIFU for the face and neck
HIFU gives a small lift on the day, then the real result builds as new collagen forms, with a visible change from about six weeks and the full result at around three months. Start now: Exilis Ultra skin tightening
Exilis Ultra is a course of four to six sessions one to two weeks apart. Starting in October means finishing in good time before Christmas, with the skin noticeably firmer from about four weeks in. Book in November: EMSculpt Neo
EMSculpt Neo builds muscle and reduces fat in the same session, usually as four to six sessions over two to three weeks, with the result continuing to improve for weeks afterwards. A November course leaves time for that to show. See EMSculpt Neo.
One to two weeks before: a chemical peel

The week of the party: Body Ballancer
