Non Surgical Facelift Newcastle
If you want to lift and firm a softening jawline, jowls or neck but you are not ready for surgery, a non-surgical facelift is the middle ground. It tightens and refreshes the face with no cuts, no general anaesthetic and no long recovery, and suits anyone who wants a natural, gradual result.
At our Newcastle clinic your practitioner builds the right combination for your face at a free consultation, drawing on HIFU and radiofrequency to lift where you need it. Most clients return to normal life the same day.
- Lifts and tightens the jawline, jowls, neck and brow
- Boosts collagen for firmer skin over time
- No surgery, no general anaesthetic, no downtime
Non Surgical Facelift Newcastle Treatments

Non-Surgical Facelift in Newcastle
As we get older the skin loses collagen and elastin, the fat pads in the face shift and gravity does the rest. The result is a softer jawline, jowls, loose skin on the neck and a heavier look around the brow. A surgical facelift is one answer, but it means going under the knife, a general anaesthetic and weeks of recovery. A non-surgical facelift is the gentler route to a firmer, fresher face, and at RT Aesthetics in Whickham, Newcastle, it starts with a free consultation and a plan built around your face rather than a fixed procedure.
What a non-surgical facelift means here
It is not one machine. It is a plan that combines the treatments that lift and rebuild the skin, chosen for where your face has lost support. For most people that means HIFU to lift the deeper layers, sometimes Exilis Ultra radiofrequency to firm the surface and finer areas, and where the problem is skin quality or lost volume rather than laxity, polynucleotides or a small amount of filler. Your practitioner puts the plan together at the consultation, tells you what each part will do, and gives you the full price before anything is booked.
The treatments, and what they cost
HIFU (ULTRAcel Q+)
HIFU sends focused ultrasound into the deeper structural layers of the skin, including the SMAS layer that a surgeon tightens in a facelift, without touching the surface. The heat makes the tissue contract and triggers new collagen, so the jawline, jowls, neck and brow lift gradually over the following weeks. One session is usually enough, with a second for heavier laxity. Full face £1,095, face and neck £1,295, neck £995, eyes and brow lift £895. Our HIFU Newcastle page has the detail.
Exilis Ultra Face
Exilis combines radiofrequency with ultrasound to heat the skin evenly and firm it, and it suits finer, crepey skin on the neck, around the eyes and on the lower face where HIFU is less comfortable. It is given as a course of four or six sessions: face from £1,075 for four, face and neck from £1,275, neck from £975, eyes and brow from £775. See Exilis Ultra Face.
Polynucleotides and fillers
Lifting the skin does not fix skin that has become thin and crepey, and it does not put back the volume a face loses in the cheeks and chin. Polynucleotides rebuild skin quality at £250 a session, and a small amount of cheek, jaw or chin filler, from £250, restores structure so the lifted skin has something to sit on. Both are prescriber-led with a £25 consultation.
Who it suits
A non-surgical facelift works best on mild to moderate laxity: the early jowls, the softening jawline, the neck that has started to look loose, the brow that has dropped a little. That is most people between their late thirties and mid sixties. If the neck is the main concern, we cover the neck-only options and prices on our non-surgical neck lift page. It also suits people who have had surgery years ago and want to maintain it, and people who simply do not want an operation. It is not the right answer for heavy, advanced laxity, and if that is what we see at your consultation we will say so rather than sell you a treatment that will disappoint.
What to expect
Your consultation is free and there is no obligation. Your practitioner looks at your face at rest and moving, asks what bothers you, and sets out a plan with the number of sessions and the price. HIFU itself takes one to two hours depending on the areas and feels like heat and prickling under the skin; Exilis feels like a hot stone massage. There are no cuts and no general anaesthetic. Most people go straight back to work with some mild redness that settles the same day.
Results and how long they last
Because the treatments work by triggering your own collagen, the change builds rather than appearing overnight. Some tightening is visible straight away, the real lift develops over 8 to 12 weeks, and it keeps improving for several months. Results from a HIFU-based plan typically last 12 to 18 months depending on age, skin and lifestyle, and a maintenance session then keeps it going. The result looks like a well-rested version of you rather than anything obvious, which is the point.
Non-surgical facelift or surgery?
Surgery lifts more and lasts longer, and for advanced laxity it is the only treatment that works. It also means a general anaesthetic, scars, weeks of visible recovery and a cost many times that of a non-surgical plan. For mild to moderate laxity a non-surgical facelift gives a natural lift with none of that, and it can be repeated as the face changes. If we think you would be better served by a surgeon, we will tell you.
Safety
HIFU and Exilis are non-invasive, CE-marked treatments with no needles and nothing injected, and they have been used in clinics for well over a decade. The main risks are temporary: redness, mild swelling, tenderness and occasionally a small bruise or numb patch that settles over days to weeks. RT Aesthetics is a medically led clinic, so every plan is built to our clinical protocols with a clinic medic and a qualified nurse practitioner on the team for any medical questions.

“I started treatment with RT Aesthetics as I was very stressed about my jowls. I didn’t tell anyone I had treatment to see if people couldn’t notice. Sure enough people could see I had something done in just 3/4 weeks after my treatment. Very happy customer”
