What is EMS Sculpt used for.

EMS is the only non-invasive body contouring treatment the burns small amounts of fat whilst also building muscle.

This is a new craze and must have treatment in the celebrity world from the Kardashian’s to the cast of Selling Sunsets and the Real Housewives, this is because its the only non-invasive body contouring treatment what can reduce fat by 19% whilst increasing muscle by 16%, with quiet a-lot of benefit’s such as:

  • building muscle and burning fat at the same time whilst some only address only one problem at a time
  • non invasive
  • fast and effective
  • no downtime
  • long lasting results
  • muscle toning made easy
  • is also clinically proven to do all off the above

How does EMS work?

EMS Sculpt is a new technology for body contouring, it is clinically proven to burn fat and build muscle. EMS Sculpt contacts muscles beyond what is possible at the gym or working out alone. This body contouring treatment works by direct focused electromagnetic energy to the treated area. Manipulating the muscles to contract 100% and holding it there for up to 6 seconds, when the average person works out they can only contract their muscles to 30-35% for only a fraction of a second. This will then cause the muscles to heal and reconstruct itself.

Recovery after EMS Sculpt.

EMS Sculpt is non invasive and has no down time. This is great for many clients as they do not have to prepare to have treatment or have any kind of post care. Some clients fell a little tenderness after the first couple of treatments but nothing like the the day after going to the gym the first couple of times. So its great for getting back to your day to day routine. As i will never forget the day after my first personal trainer session where i couldn’t even work the next day and felt so sick, i had nothing like that after my first ems session.

Also don t worry as EMS does not hurt clients normally say the feel a pulling and a strange sensation as the muscles are contracting but their not contracting them themselves. our practitioners have full control of the power and intensity, so we start lower and make our way up to a level what the clients are not in any discomfort and are comfortable throughout the procedure

How is EMS different to Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing)?

These two treatments are pretty different from each other. Cryolipolysis is used to target and premaritally removed fat cells from the body, where EMS is used to target the muscle for toning and building. Most Clients can call between the two and this is why we strongly advise a face to face consultation so we can determine which treatment is better for yourselves.

How many session do i need and how long does EMS last?

For ideal results patients should have six to eight 30-minute sessions over the course of 3 weeks spaced every 2-3 days. It can last between 6-12 months, but it is recommended that you can keep these results up with healthy lifestyle through diet and healthy eating.
