What Is Ultrasonic Cavitation and How Does It Work?

Weight loss is more than a goal these days, its become a way of life. Many patients are demanding new ways to banish fat when diet and exercise doesn’t work. That’s why finding the right services to help you can be tricky. One treatment that may help you slim down is ultrasonic cavitation.

Ultrasonic cavitation is a weight-loss treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves to burst fat cells, which may result in lost inches on the treated areas and (ultimately) a slimmer figure. The treatment is quick, pain free and man patients state that its very relaxing and calming. Over the last few years ultrasonic cavitation has grown in popularity due to its non surgical techniques while traditional liposuction requires surgery to remove fat, this procedure doesn’t.

What is Ultrasonic Cavitation

Ultrasonic cavitation is a simple procedure that relies on sound waves to flush fat from the body instead of intensive surgery. You will first meet with an advance aesthetic practitioner who will assess your body, life style and medical history.

Ultrasonic Cavitation is a new, non-surgical and non-invasive fat removal procedure. Cavitation treatment is great relaxing procedure as there is no surgery and no anaesthesia, there is no hospital stay, no time off from work and no recovery time. Many patients see immediate results and will continue to see results in the reduction of fat up to 72 hours following the treatment.

The most common problem areas that clients look to have this procedure is the abdomen, buttocks, love handles, Upper and lower arms, inner and outer thighs, and the chin area. The treatment has also been effective in the removal of cellulite.

How Does Cavitation Work

Cavitation is a method of liposuction but without the need for needles, anaesthetic or long downtime. Cavitation destroys fat cells by using low frequency sound waves that pentrate the fat cells and cause them to leak into the lymphatic system. Once the fat cell has been destroyed, the fat is discharged between the cells where they are turned into protein and then changed to free fatty acids and glycerol. Free fatty acids are moved to the liver where they are removed from the body while glycerol is used as energy. It is recommended todo some exercise following the treatment as this helps to use some of the energy released during the treatment.

How Much Does Ultrasonic Cavitation Cost?

The cost of ultrasonic cavitation varies greatly depending on the treatment area, but you can typically expect to pay between £95 and £250 per session. Many clinics offer discount for block bookings.

Does Ultrasonic Cavitation Work?

Yes, but results may vary from client to client. Depending on your individual health history and body type, you may slim down more or less dramatically than others. During the face to face consultation the practitioner will go through this and explain what results your likely to achieve.
